My professional goal and true passion is to help my clients to succeed in reaching their strategic goals. I have a history of senior and partner roles in Finnish executive search and human resources consultancy companies. I am experienced in advising Boards, CEOs, and top executives in leadership transitions. I provide my clients with a greater understanding of their corporate culture and leadership competences as well as dynamics of their management teams. I enjoy helping my clients to align corporate strategy with the senior leadership agenda. All leaders I profile receive a valuable concrete plan for their future success.

During my long career I have not only learned to professionally assess individual candidates but also to look closely at the dynamics of high performance. I held a workshop on themes like “What is the Winner Effect” and “Does power change us?” in the 7th International Cognitive Analytic Therapy Conference in 2017. This is my own Sherlock Holmes kind of passion, and absolutely one of the key elements in understanding the pressures and dynamics in C-suite level.

In addition, I’m a trained cognitive-analytic psychotherapist, and I enjoy that part of my life very much too. It is both meaningful and enjoyable to coach people in reaching their full potential.

I have more than 20 years’ working experience in major Finnish business organizations. For the first 15 years, I was responsible for recruitment projects and leadership assessments (Nokia, MPS, Psycon).

I am a professional psychologist, coach (solution focused) and organizational consultant (FINOD). Through the years, I have carried out assessments and interviews of individuals; organized leadership training and coaching; facilitated organizational transformation; carried out employee surveys; and facilitated conflict situations in work communities. While tackling organizational challenges from these angles, I have supported senior leaders but also learned a lot from the different viewpoints of diverse stakeholders. Understanding the work organization as a human system and helping its leaders to navigate within it is what inspires me.
